Triste epilogo.... La Fonderie Pisano & C. è una società per azioni fondata nella prima metà dell'800 nel Regno delle Due Sicilie. Nasce come iniziativa artigiana, con il fine di realizzare fusioni in ghisa e bronzo per le industrie tessili della zona. Il primo impianto, di tipo artigianale, nacque nel comune di Baronissi. Successivamente nel 1900 l'attività produttiva si trasferisce a Salerno, presso la stazione ferroviaria. Nel 1961 si colloca dove adesso situata attualmente (nella zona nord di Salerno, precisamente nel quartiere Fratte) divenendo una società per azioni (S.p.A.). Nel 2007 il Tribunale di Salerno ha ritenuto le Fonderie responsabili di danni ambientali e biologici...
