Anche io ho il medesimo inconveniente cromatico con le diapositive, a parte la perdita di dettaglio e di nitidezza, ma generalmente la funzione automatica "ripristino colore" del menù del mio scanner riesce ad eliminare quasi del tutto la dominante magenta. Magari anche sul menù del tuo scanner c'è una funzione similare e potresti provare ad utilizzarla, se non lo hai già fatto.

Oly scanning the old diacolors is only the first step. Then you always have to intervene by hand, but at least the work of p.p. is lightened a little.

In genere io preferisco impostare preliminarmente i settaggi dello scanner prima di procedere alla scansione e solo in caso di dubbio eseguo una doppia scansione, una "grezza" con i settaggi di default e l'altra con i settaggi personalizzati.
Ovviamente la scansione delle vecchie diacolors è solo il primo passaggio. Poi occorre sempre intervenire a mano, ma almeno il lavoro di p.p. si alleggerisce un pochino.
