Beautiful colors of this flower,
I think it was useful to close
more the diaphragm lowering the ISO a bit.
This is just my very humble opinion.

Emi, thanks for the comment.
To me is only pleasure to receive technical observations :-)
in my self-taught tests I think I found the Quadra overexposing slightly and then in post recovering (it will say so? bo) shadows and blacks. It seems to me that the photos acquire a better depth, a good body. I can't explain it better than that :-)
In This case, F 5.6 and 3200 ISO I thought it was the best compromise between sufficiently closed aperture and not too high ISO.
The next time I shake the laziness and mount the tripod, so I try your tip :-)
Thanks again for the ride.
have a good night.

R.

Ernesto,
You used the right word.
I never imagined that taking pictures of flowers was so fulfilling. I can't wait to go back to the park :-)
Thanks really for the nice comment.
have a good night.

Fuji I have to tell you that I don't know much about flowers and their meaning (but I'm going to fix it).
I only know that they have wonderful colors and that in posing they are much more cooperative than my daughter :-D
Thank you for your very welcome passage :-)
Next, good night.

If you want to keep photographing flowers, the first thing to do is to look for sharpness, the high iso generate noise at the expense. If there's not enough light on hand... a good tripod is medicine. The maf then you decide: if you want everything in focus close the diaphragm. With a more open diaphragm you will have a selective maf and a very good blur.
This shot, however it remains pretty good!
Excuse I've been prolonged... it's just a tip from someone who loves photography like you!

Hello also here George :-)
As I said there and more about Emi, I'm starting with flowers, I have to make a reason and carry the tripod.
I will pay attention to iso, freehand unfortunately I have all the attention on the composition.
By the way the feeling (but it's my thing) when Shooting is of a certain discomfort. I have the instinct to get very close to the flower and with 100 in apsc I have to move away instead. Maybe I could use a shorter macro, or a ff :-D
The next ones I'll pick them up with the tripod and iso 100, promised. Wind allowing :-D
Thank you again, have a good evening
