Il Cortile della Pigna si trova presso i Musei Vaticani e prende il nome dalla Pigna in bronzo che è stata alloggiata in una nicchia ad opera del Bramante nel Cortile del Belvedere. La Pigna in bronzo è opera probabilmente di un certo Publio Cincio Savio ed in origine era situata presso le Terme di Agrippa, nel Medioevo fu trasferita prima a San Pietro, dove Dante Alighieri la vide e la citò nella Divina Commedia poi nel 600 venne posta a dimora nel attuale sede. Pareri e critiche sempre gradite. #Musei
