La basilica romanica, costruita in fasi successive a metà del XII s. e rimaneggiata successivamente, faceva parte di un priorato cluniacense. La facciata, a capanna, costruita in cotto con l'inserimento di elementi in pietra, ha un solo portale del XII s.
