Questo paese si trova nella parte iniziale della Val Chiavenna e aveva la particolarità di essere l'ultimo paese abitato tutto l'anno a non essere raggiunto da una strada.. speriamo sia ancora così!

Grazie GG.. si, in effetti la Val Codera è proprio un bel posto e l'atmosfera invernale contribuisce ad aumentarne il fascino!! Sorriso

..e comunque Codera (che è il paese "principale" della valle si trova solo a 2ore - 2ore1/2 da dove lasci l'auto.. ;-)

la Val Codera si presta a percorsi vari sia come lunghezza che "tipologia".. d'inverno, pur essendo ad una quota relativamente bassa, è facile trovare tratti ghiacciati! Se vuoi cominciare a dargli un'occhiata questo è un bellissimo periodo per i colori legati alla vegetazione ;-)

E' molto bello il percorso ad anello che sale direttamente a Codera per passare poi dall'altra parte della vallata (su due ponti in pietra molto belli) e tornare percorrendo il "tracciolino" dell'Enel un percorso in piano in parte in galleria fino a S.Giorgio, un bellissimo paese che domina la pianura sottostante.. non è proprio breve come giro MrGreen

ma è uno dei giri a quote basse più belli.. meglio informarsi che lungo la seconda parte del percorso non ci siano frane.. ogni tanto capita! MrGreen

son appassionato di cascate di ghiaccio e ho girato molti posti in inverno (aimè che scatti mi son perso senza reflex) ; ma la val Codera mi manca ancora...e per di più so che ci sono delle bellissime ed isolate cascate ( molto distanti dall'auto) in zona alpe Sivigia ...spero st'inverno Cool

cmque come dici giustamente ci puo stare un bel giro autunnale di ricognizione! ciau!

I hope st'inverno 8-) cmque rightly as you say there can be quite a ride autumn reconnaissance! ciau!

Se cerchi le cascate mi sa che ti tocca fare un bel pò di strada! MrGreen

Sulla seconda parte del percorso che ti ho indicato trovi l'Alpe Ladrogno che è una forra che si immette nella valle principale ed è fredda anche d'estate ma non so se si formino delle cascate "scalabili" anche se l'ambiente sembra proprio quello giusto! ;-)
