Se i fenicotteri sono i principi del nostro Parco di Molentargiius, di sicuro Silvio (nome ribattezzato dagli operatori del Parco) è il suo Re indiscusso vuoi per dimensioni vuoi per unicità. Arrivato circa una decina di anni fa insieme ad altri 35 esemplari in migrazione, vi si è stranamente stabilito insieme ad un altro esemplare (pare morto poco tempo dopo) in un ecosistema che non gli appartiene. Una fortuna per noi Cagliaritani poterlo osservare nei suoi spostamenti con quelle sue dimensioni esagerate e quella sua buffa sagoma, in questa foto sembra proprio mostrare forza e fierezza di specie unica ed imbattibile
