Bello spettacolo ma trovo che il soggetto sia un po' costretto dai margini dell'inquadratura, forse perché l'orizzonte montuoso è un po' troppo centrale?
Avrei tentato forse una ripresa più bassa, quasi rasoterra includendo meno cielo, e cercato dei punti di ancoraggio più morbidi ai margini dell'immagine.
però è solo la mia umile opinione, più da osservatore che da fotografo :-)

Good show but I find that the subject is a bit 'forced from the margins of the frame, perhaps because the mountainous horizon is a bit' too central?
I would try maybe a lower recovery, almost ground level including under heaven, and tried anchor points softer at the edge of the image.
But it's just my humble opinion, more observer by photographer :-) Provo a commentare io.

Grazie Luchino27. Dai spazio ai miei sospetti. A parte lo scenario spettacolare la foto per me non ha un primo piano e diventa così tutto un pò insapore.

Dio santo! quante volte mi sono trovato a passare da quel lago, Sia per andare verso il Gavia oppure al rifugio Berni. Le cime li intarno le ho salite quasi tutte, vuoi per salita alla cima o per traversata. Che bei ricordi..

Concordo con Luchino27 aprendo la foto di questo spettacolo si ha la sensazione di un paesaggio da vedere con più ampiezza, magari con una "panoramica". Ripeto la mia è una sensazione senza voler parlare di tecnica.

la situazione non è facile, non mi sento di darti consigli, forse avrei applicato la regoletta dei terzi e chiuso un po' meno, rimano cmq un grande spettacolo

La mia personalissima impressione: è come se il soggetto che si sviluppa in orizzontale (le montagne) fosse troppo piccolo nel fotogramma, con troppo cielo e un primopiano troppo poco importante.
Non vorrei sbagliare ma mi pare penda a sx.

My personal impression is as if the person who develops horizontally (the mountains) is too small in the frame, with too much sky and foreground too unimportant.
I would not be wrong but I think it hangs on the left.

Diciamo così: bella foto con grossi difetti. Ilmore52 con il suo commento ha riassunto i difetti dello scatto.
Ho cercato di dare un primo piano riprendendo il ghiaccio ma invano. E' bella ma piatta.
