Una mattina all'oasi naturale di Serranella, circa 300 ettari di natura quasi incontaminata alla confluenza dei fiumi Sangro e Aventino, in provincia di Chieti, un airone Bianco Maggiore (spero di non sbagliare, ma le correzioni sono assolutamente bene accette) si posa su un tronco d'albero ritorto e impigliato li dalla corrente da chissà quanto tempo. L'airone si posa maestoso e sorveglia immobile le eventuali prede, poi, così come era apparso all'improvviso, altrettanto all'improvviso vola via e si rifugia chissà dove.......un incontro davvero emozionante
