Prova a sistemare il contrasto, utilizzando le curve, e il bilanciamento del bianco. La neve non è bianca, ma appare grigia nella tua foto.
Ricorda sempre di sovraesporre un po' quando fai foto sulla neve, per evitare appunto questo effetto.
Io, a mio gusto personale, aumenterei anche un po' la saturazione, per far spiccare ancora di più la chiesetta :)

Try to adjust the contrast using the curves and white balance. The snow is not white, but appears gray in your photo.
Always remember to overexpose a bit 'when you take pictures in the snow, to prevent precisely this effect.
