Primi contatti con le etnie del Nord Laos, quasi al confine con lo Yunnan cinese. C'e' tanta povertà ed una vita molto dura per il clima ed un'economia di sussistenza che ruota attorno alla coltura del riso (assai faticosa). Vediamo pochissime persone in giro. Qui sono ancora poco abituati ai viaggiatori e molti si tengono alla larga...Tranne i ragazzini.
