Chiesa di Nôtre-Dame de l'Assomption, XI-XII s., Ameugny, Saône-et-Loire, Borgogna estate 2011 La semplice chiesa romanica presenta abside e campanile della fine dell'XI s., navata del XII. La torre campanaria si erge all'incrocio del transetto, robusta ed elegante, divisa in tre registri: ornato a bande lombarde il livello inferiore, attualmente liscio quello mediano (ma vi sono tracce di aperture murate), aperto da trifore quello superiore. Ameugny si trova nella valle della Grosne, nella Borgogna meridionale, poco distante da Cluny. La chiesa sorge su un crinale collinoso, con vasto panorama ad oriente ed occidente e bellissime albe e tramonti. #chiese #romanico #architetturaRomanica
