Credo sia un'effimera (insetto che vive in zone umide e ha vita brevissima, di pochi giorni o anche poche ore).

Se non sbaglio sono quegli insetti sempre fermi e che cadono planando quando vengono toccati, non ne avevo mai visto così da vicino
