Honestly the sensation is clear on the presence of digital noise and I add that completely missing three-dimensionality :-o Complicit the diffraction (in the middle if I remember it has excellent performance between f. 8 and F. 16, at the edges between F. 5.6 and F. 11) and most likely there are problems on file compression and clearing :-|.
Then I would recheck the workflow by starting from scratch. ;-) Imho

Elleemme.
Thanks Lauro. This photo drives me crazy. What I use is a good software (Noiseware) but has not found presence of noise; I have not used compressions at any stage; The file was bright at the click. The lack of three-dimensionality is desired to create a pictorial image with pastel colors. Among the causes that you have assumed the most likely seems to me the diffraction. I'll do as you say, I will share from the NEF because I want to understand. Thank you for your attention and help.

Diffraction does not create digital noise but only loss of micro-contrast, the intervention not desired of a filter during the post production is... Let's see if you can figure it out by repeating the same operations applied in post production ;-)

Sinuosity of the forms, and semi concealed pistil, make it an admirable shot
compliments
