Secondo me visto la tua 5d che è ottima anche a iso più alti, avrei scattato a 400 iso e a 1/400 sec.
Anche se la luna sembra apparentemente ferma con focali spinte,dalla mia piccola esperienza in campo si ottengono scatti migliori della luna
con tempi più veloci. Naturalmente se utilizzi cavalletti non motorizzati.
