Altro personaggio Valsesiano altra storia interessante: Fabrizio, Bicio, nasce a Scopello (VC) nel 1945. All'età di otto anni segue la famiglia che si trasferisce ad Avigliana in Provincia di Torino. Terminata la scuola media si iscrive all'Istituto Tecnico “Dalmazio Birago” di Torino. Terminato il biennio passa alla scuola allievi FIAT. Dal 1963 viene assunto definitivamente dalla FIAT nell'ambito dell'assistenza tecnica dove, oltre ai corsi teorici e pratici, viene mandato a Firenze per l'alluvione; fa parte della squadra rally, del gruppo affaticamento vetture e delle presentazioni vetture nuove ai giornalisti. Accetta di andare all'estero e viene mandato in Grecia presso il concessionario dell'isola di Rodi. Seguono l'Etiopia (dove rimane per otto anni), il Cile, la Korea, l'ex Yugoslavia, la Bulgaria e la Polonia. Nel novembre del 1994 lascia la Polonia per essere mandato in Cina ma, per sopraggiunti seri problemi famigliari, deve rinunciare. Dopo 26 anni trascorsi all'estero si ferma a Torino fino alla pensione per poi stabilirsi nel suo paese natale. Ora si dedica alla sua “Fulvia coupè leva lunga”; scrive articoli per la pubblicazione del registro ufficiale FIAT, collaborando assiduamente con testate estere per articoli che riguardano la storia dell'automobilismo industriale del marchio FIAT e LANCIA. Simpatico l'aneddoto che mi ha raccontato riguardante la sfida tra la campagnola FIAT e la Land Rover (mi sembra di ricordare fosse un III serie) quando era in Etiopia. La Land ne uscì con le ossa rotte ma, non essendo una prova ufficiale, non se ne seppe nulla; gli inglesi negano che questa prova sia mai avvenuta! Suggerimenti e consigli ben accetti.
