La Cisitalia 202 Spider Mille Miglia fu costruita dal 1947 utilizzando parti di vetture Fiat come lo sterzo della 500 "Topolino" ed il motore, potenziato a 75 cavalli , della 1100 che così le permetteva di raggiungere i 175 chilometri orari. La carrozzeria era stata progettata a Torino dalla Carrozzeria Vignale. Una di queste vetture... preparata sempre a Torino ma dalla Carrozzeria Garella... nel 1947 fu condotta alla 1000 Miglia da Tazio Nuvolari che arrivo 1° di categoria e 2° assoluto.
