Mountain goats descend into lower parts of the hills in the winter time. I found a small group in the early morning just doing their business in the forest. I was lying on the ground shooting at the group in the opposite direction. Suddenly one of them looked from the bushes only 5 meters left of me. I was surprised but still managed to take a few shots before he noticed me and ran away.
