Questa vettura fu costruita tra il 1947 ed il 1950 in meno di 500 esemplari dalla Bristol Cars che era una divisione della Bristol Aeroplane Company. Veniva assemblata utilizzando parti di vetture BMW: il telaio della 326, la carrozzeria della 327 ed il motore della 328. Quest'ultimo era un 6 cilindri in linea di 1971 cm3 che erogando 80 cavalli portava le vettura a sfiorare i 150 chilometri orari.
