The Colossus of the Apennines... sent on December 29, 2018 (8:52) by Ronda. 28 comments, 909 views.

at 10mm, 1/60 f/16.0, ISO 100, tripod.

Pratolino, Firenze ... ottobre 2018 ... ... Congratulations a beautiful accomplishment. Excellent composition that enhances the first floor but that visually brings to the vision of the Colossus, immersed in vegetation. also excellent colors.

Giambologna was right, because the gardens and their furnishings were and are of great interest to the enthusiasts, who are however many. The photo I really like: the first floor with the low pdr on the Lotus Leaf seems to offer the statue above. The sky closes the view with the beautiful backdrop of clouds. Congratulations for the photo and the research, Simone and with them a greeting and a wish of good end of year, GA
