La nebulosa Sh2-129 (il pipistrello volante) è una debole nebulosa a emissione nel Cefeo. In passato ho ripreso la zona diverse volte, usando sia riprese profonde in RGB che in H-alpha, senza mai riuscire a registrare la debole nebulosa Ou4 (il calamaro), che è visibile in OIII. Dopo aver acquistato il filtro, ho dovuto aspettare il mese giusto per la ripresa, settembre. L'unico modo per riprendere il calamaro è utilizzare un filtro OIII, e scattare davvero tante ore di posa. Qui ne ho accumulate 6.5 h per il solo OIII più 2.5 h per H-alpha e 3 h in RGB. Totale 12 h di posa, registrate nel corso di due notti allo star party di Saint Bartelemy 2018 (in Valle d'Aosta, 7-8 settembre 2018). Dati tecnici: telescopio rifrattore TEC140 (focale 1011 mm, f/7.1, apo, spianatore di campo), CCD SBIG STL-11000 raffreddato a -30°C (sensore full frame in B/N, 11 Mpix), pose 13x30min in OIII, 5x30min in Ha, 6x10min per ciascun filtro RGB, montatura Gemini G41 con guida su rifrattore 80 mm f/5 e Lodestar. Calibrate con dark, flat, darkflat. #NightPhotos #DeepSky
