La Macelleria Minozzi, una delle più antiche di Roma, centralissima, situata praticamente lungo via Tomacelli tra orologiai, gioiellieri e lo show Room Ferrari. Quando ci si entra è come fare un tuffo nel passato quando il macellaio era "er macellaro"... oggi ne sono uscito con abbacchio, coratella e animelle per un primo rifornimento in vista dei pranzi e delle cene delle imminenti feste di fine anno, tanto per allenarmi :-)
