Scherzi a parte, trovo sia una buona idea. Dato l'angolo di ripresa il panning si è trasformato in un mosso, il che non è male di per sé, ed è addirittura il top, se volevi esattamente questo!
Però dal mio punto di vista ti dico che con un panning più "congelato" questa sarebbe stata un'ottima immagine per taglio, inquadratura, soggetto e situazione. 
E pazienza per quel guard rail che sembra il recinto di uno zoo...
