Una serata con un cielo quasi perfetto ha permesso di immortalare la mia prima via lattea. C'è ancora tutto da imparare sulle tecniche di fotografia astronomica però da qualcosa bisogna partire...

Really not bad! There's a little bit of too much noise, the sensor of the a6000 despite being a Mr sensor suffers a little iso so high. If you only have one shot you can't work on it that much and especially if you haven't taken dark field to subtract the noise is what it is. You could, if you use lightroom, raise by 2 or 3 units the correction of the noise "color", should smooth out a little all the magenta and blue pixels.
It's still a noteworthy shot and a sign of great passion!

thank you for the advice and the passage Francis.
In fact there is a little too much noise I will try then with Camera Raw to clean up a bit....
Unfortunately it was my first starry sky. Next time I'll take more shots and try to join them to get a better result....
out of curiosity, what do you mean by Dark Field?
Richard

I made the wrong mistake, dark frame! :-P
I don't know why I came out.
It's a beautiful photo anyway! And then... The words "unfortunately" and "starry sky" in the same sentence cannot be seen :-D

ahh now I get it.
I know that the dark frame is taken by the camera autonomously immediately after the actual shot...

Beautiful image, despite the very present noise, the Milky Way behind the mountains remains a great timeless classic. I recommend to follow the excellent suggestions already provided, for sure the next picture will be even more beautiful ;-)
