Because This dragonfly was new born and little, therefore I was very close to it and I needed a good DOF for this shot, On the other hand there was not enough light, hence I was forced to using higher ISO.

I agree for the focus but I can see a perfect composition and light management...everything is greatly balanced.
If you want to keep iso 800 for the noise and 1/40f long pose, you absolutely need to use a tripod...then, the focus would be razor and you would have time to shoot as long as you want with iso 100...!
