Pangolino in B&W sent on November 22, 2018 (14:20) by Andrea Porro. 9 comments, 426 views. [retina]

at 400mm, 1/400 f/14.0, ISO 400, hand held. Kafue National Park, Zambia.

Sensational catch, if I may say... who cares about the harsh light of noon:P This is one of those photos that anyone would dream of having in their own carnet:)

Hello everyone and thanks!
's just a whack-ass!
I, my guide and the spotter know several hundred sq km around the lodge as the palm of the hand. They were born there, I have been there for 12 years and from 9 I go ahead the Loge and I do the guides.
The traces are rare and almost impossible to recognize, or perhaps they are common but always impossible to recognize, I do not know.
We can not understand how to make the poachers to find so many (is the most persecuted animal of Africa, more than the elephant or rhino even if few say. Damn Chinese and Vietnamese!)
This crossed me the road at the end of a very quiet game drive with pretty bored customers.
Well, besides the shot saved my day!
But sender of ass it comes!
