Oggi pomeriggio, 24 ottobre, durante una pedalata fuori porta, mi sono imbattuto in un campo di fragole... ben lontane dalla loro stagione ideale. Poi mi sono ricordato che fra una settimana sarà Halloween. Anticamente... ben prima di come viene festeggiato adesso... Halloween era un rito, a volte anche molto cruento, che serviva ad ingraziarsi la benevolenza degli dei perché si potessero effettuare gli ultimi raccolti prima dell'arrivo del freddo e del gelo... Chissà che... il coltivatore di queste fragole... non abbia già predisposto in punti strategici qualche zucca intagliata come portafortuna per arrivare felicemente a fine raccolto...
