Una volta era principalmente una preparazione autunnale e invernale che si faceva dopo l'uccisione del maiale... mentre adesso... con i super mercati... lo si può gustare tutto l'anno...
Per la preparazione servono: patate da tagliare a tocchetti, una cipolla gialla da affettare ad anelli e della salsiccia spellata e aperta (si può aggiungere anche del pollo). Come "odori" qualche spicchio di aglio, un rametto di rosmarino e dopo aver impiattato un po' di sale su patate e cipolla. |
