Ho letto/sentito anche altri che come te consigliano/preferiscono scattare direttamente monocromatico e comprendo i vantaggi che descrivi. L'unica cosa che mi spaventa è il non poter tornare indietro, cioè al colore, in caso di curiosità/pentimenti. Magari per me l'idea giusta è scattare la stessa foto sia a colori che in monocromatico.
