In base alla richiesta di aiuto che hai fatto ti commento questa.
Secondo me è giusto il B.N. ma il taglio è troppo stretto, bisogna guardare bene le unghie per intuire che la mano è di un uomo e che è appoggiata su un pancione (sembra una macro delle unghie).
Inquadrando dalla curva dell'inizio nel seno e il braccio del uono con il fuoco più arretrato e tutta apertura con focale più corta di quella che penso tu abbia usato era più capibile, certo più scontata ma sicuramente più intuibile.

I think it's just the BN but the cut is too tight, you have to look good nails to guess that the hand is a man and that is placed on a belly (looks like a macro nails).
Framing the curve beginning in the breast and arm ound with fire most backward and full aperture with shorter focal length than that I think you used was more understandable, some more obvious but certainly more intuitive.

Mi trovo d'accordo con le osservazioni di Gaza71 ( qualcosa mi dice che siamo coetanei..)
noto subito la mano tipicamente maschile ( poco curata...sembra la mia..) che, anche se ha il senso di condividere il percorso della gravidanza, per fattezza e "posa" poco aggraziata ( forse dovuta al braccio visibile sullo sfondo) non si sposa bene con la pancia

ok primo tentativo fallito...
il tito lo di questa foto sarebbe dovuto essere "proteggimi" l'idea era quella di usare la mano maschile per dare un senso di protezione alla bimba in grembo, come vi ho acennato però non ho mai lavorato in nulla del genere , quindi capisco perfettamente i miei limiti, grazie per il passaggio ragazzi, qui avevo un 35 mm 1.8 ...
