I wanted to integrate a lot more, but between bad weather and work commitments I did not find a suitable evening to resume in a deeper way this great Nebula.
The image, very dry, resumes the Veil Nebula in Narrowband Ha (about 2 hours) and OIII (another 2 hours or So) on a Nikon 300 2.8.
Some hour in RGB closes the shot to give the right color to the image

Thanks Slashleo and Nicole
confirm, The central streaks are sharply weaker than the Edges.
The edges are also visible by telescope, in visual, perhaps with an oiii filter.
The central parts are really very weak

Thanks GP!
is so big that it is difficult to understand the true shape of the bubble (actually extends even further, I would have to make a mosaic to take it All)

Very nice :-) What filters did you use for Ha and oiii?
is the room modified?

Thanks Daomao
The filters are astronomik with 6NM band
The camera is not a photo camera but a cooled CCD for astronomical use
with a reflex it takes a lot more exposure to get the same depth of image

Thanks for the reply, do you think it would make sense to modify an unused d3300?
I have seen that in many change it to Super UV-IR cut and Full Spectrum (teleskop Express makes a lot of changes)

It makes sense
is the first step to do, much cheaper than venturing into the CCD specific cameras for astronomy
The yield is still discreet, it just takes a little more patience to get the result

That is Stefano, have you connected a CCD camera to a Nikon telephoto lens? and the filters? You can list all the optical chain with also the various adapters, please?

Hi Mark
The CCD camera is a Moravian G2 8300FW
The wheel holder is inside the camera
the required draught is significantly lower than the Nikon optics so with a simple mechanical adaptor you can use all the optics For attack F (sells it directly Moravian)
Filters are those of the astronomik by 31.8 unmounted
