First I see the railing as a disturbing element and it's obviously blurry being too close to the lens.

Per prima cosa la ringhiera la vedo come elemento di disturbo ed è ovviamente per giunta sfocata essendo troppo vicina alla lente.
Seconda cosa, non conosco minimanente il luogo, ma ho la sensazione che buona parte dell'abitato resti nascosto dietro la prima fila di case. Se ci fosse una vista più da destra sarebbe meglio (però non so se c'è).
Pur essendo un'ora blu, ridurrei comunque i toni freddi soprattutto in cielo.
Infine, correggerei un po' la tonalità di alcune luci e lampioni che appaiono di un verde innaturale, per quanto possibile.
