Hello, I note with surprise the lack of flies, so common and abundant on the banks of African meat. With the testimony: the common life is often forgotten in favor of shots considered most egregious.

Ciao, Lully

Thanks for visiting. In fact, unlike many markets I visited in several countries, those
Ecuador were clean and absent of flies, undoubtedly due to the height that were never below
of 3,000 meters.
Hello, Lully

Ancora grazie.
Ciao, Lully

Thank you again. I do not know if you've noticed that there 'the refrigerated section, but it' s all very fresh, something
that here only if you have the chance 'to go to the farmer, you can have chickens cosi'freschi.

Ciao Lully,
di certo un'immagine... "cruda"!MrGreenMrGreenMrGreen
"bottega"!Triste
Complimenti, una bella immagine documentaristica!:-P
Saluti, Paolo

Hello Lully,
certainly an image ... "Raw"! :-D:-D:-D
The hygienic conditions (it is one of my "fixation" I know, but it's also my job ...), at least from the picture, I do not seem so ... "Dramatic"! ;-)
In fact, I seem to notice a general state of cleanliness and the total absence of flies has almost ... incredible! 8-)
Another thing my photo's or your butcher's ... "Shop"! :-(
Congratulations, a beautiful picture documentary! :-P
Regards, Paul

Ciao, LullySorriso

A freshness that is difficult to find from us, unless you go by the farmer or peasant.
I was amazed at the freshness and cleanliness. Maybe they sold noble parts caterers, given the large quantities for sale.
I'll tell you of a lady sitting on a sidewalk selling, for me, a delicacy even though I have not tasted a pig's head cleared and inside was a chicken cooked in a wood oven for sure and think what was supposed to be tasty that chicken! So much so that I thought I could revive home cooking like that, but I have a wood stove. You'd be the first invited:-D

Hello, Lully :-)
