Questa versione spider della Ghibli fu disegnata da Giorgetto Giugiaro per la Carrozzeria Ghia e fu prodotta in soli 125 esemplari tra la fine del 1968 ed il 1973. 25 esemplari furono dotati di un hard top rigido al posto della normale capottina reclinabile. Equipaggiata con un motore V 8 di 4,7 litri erogante 330 CV poteva raggiungere i 270 Km/h.
