,

Back to basics. Over an year has passed from my last shooting with Puffa and I was feeling exceedingly guilty about it! Finally, on Saturday, we had the chance to create some nude art together. Also the ruined location has been missing for too long from my shootings, and I hope to use this building site again during the next hot season, because it was perfect. After all, it takes very little to make me happy, don't you think? ? https://bramleyappletheforbiddenfruit.blogspot.it/ https://www.flickr.com/photos/bramleyapple/

Defaced? More than anything else I would say smeared permanently and for free. :-o

For free I do not know :-o I don't think that the tattoos of pay only if beautiful and in harmony with the human body :-D Personally I never take the beauty, I do not like even the piercings but at this time it seems that it can not do without... Anyway back to the picture I say it is well exposed, beautiful colors, light is interesting but I would have preferred the face turned towards the light. The watermark is out of place, here on Juza there is no need...

Bramley Apple from the context you clearly understand that that Phsystem is a demonstration of how easy it is to circumvent the watermark, I find your threat useless since we are in good faith and we are discussing among friends...

Knowingly remove the logo from the photos of another person implies a much more serious degree of guilt than simple reuse: for example, I have never self-irized you to manipulate a picture of me, I distrust you to do it in the future and you intimate with Remove it immediately.

AvatarBr1h2o

I don't remove a damn thing. Indeed I add that I could also insert my data in the EXIF of the photo then I want to see how do you say that the photo is yours. ;-)
PS: If you did not understand that mine is a blatant demonstration of how anyone can use your photo I'm sorry, but it is a fact that a logo is not enough to protect a photo. Having said that there is already written about Juza that the photo is your property then returns to reality and leaves the apple. :-D

Quotas Phsystem
do not confuse between what you are able to do with Photoshop and what you are allowed by law: Thank the site administrators who have removed your comment as soon as I asked to do so, because they understood the seriousness of the Problem, you don't yet.
The reality in which I live is made of respect for intellectual property, stylistic choices and the professionalism of others, with laws that protect the works of ingenuity.
One day you will wake up from your dreams of omnipotence in a courtroom, with a sequence of raw files demonstrating that the image is not yours and with a model that can testify to have posed for a photographer that it was not you.

Bramley you may not have realized that you were trying to explain that the "Watermark" is a rather inconsistent defense against the use without granting of your images. I think that from the moment you publish an image in the WWW you have to be aware that the ownership of this is a bit lacking, you can claim it with the methods you mentioned but the process is long... Quotas The reality in which I live is made of respect for intellectual property, stylistic choices and the professionalism of others, with laws that safeguard the works of ingenuity. /QUOTE I agree with you, but this is virtual reality and here you are very far from correctness :-( I advise you to publish only the bare necessary, and to organize real exhibitions with your works so that you have under control the use of these.

The important thing that you are convinced, vice versa I have stopped for a long time to believe the fables.

Quotas BR1H2O The defense of copyright is just one of the reasons why I decided not to spread images without a mark.
Actually what matters most is the decontextualization of images, saved on the one hand and re-published elsewhere without restraint.
Generally the "thief" does not even bother to delete the signature, so it remains the only system to draw a photo until its author.
Same reason I write my phone number on each memory card: If someone in good faith should find it, it should be put in the conditions to return it to the rightful owner, including its contents.

But this Bramley Apple so full of self came out of the Easter egg? May not understand the example of phsystem or just has a problem with the Italian language.
Here all collaborate!
