at 148mm, 1/160 f/5.0, ISO 200, hand held. South Luangwa National Park, Zambia. Specie: Panthera pardus

Beautiful pose of the leopard!!!!
Maybe I would try with a vertical cut view the pose, but they are personal tastes, and maybe you have that version ;-), congratulations, hello!!!!!

Fond memories of the South Luangwa, although the weather was less equipped for photography, the original pose of the Pardo

Thanks to everyone for the passage and the comment, I answer quickly to Diego: You are absolutely right with suggesting a vertical cut, but, certainly for my limit, I do not particularly like vertical cuts. Thank you anyway for the suggestions,

Thank you very much Marco345 and Lucio for your very welcome appreciation. It was a great opportunity, very quick and I was placed in the bottom seats with some of my companions that I was stuck in the frame. I did my best, but I'm glad you enjoyed it. A dear greeting.

Photographing a leopard on a tree is a goal that I still have to realize

Thanks Karim, yes, I did the contortionist and I gave in the head of the 100-400 to more than one person ;-) trying to frame the best possible. It was a very difficult shot, but I'm glad you enjoyed it anyway.
Thanks
Luigi

I like the pose atypical but decidedly feline!

Luigi is beautiful!
Excellent capture and wonderful the moment caught!
I had lost it before... Too bad that this kind of photo has so little visibility... Photographing mammals or reptiles in my opinion can sometimes be more difficult than birds and the shots however never have the same yield in terms of feedback and appreciation.
Excuse the digression, the photo is wonderful!
Dear Greetings
Enrico

Dear Enrico,
I agree, this leopard was spotted thanks to the screams of baboons, but it was very difficult to locate.
He requested some off-piste and was very fast in the dileguarsi. It was a shot on the fly and on the jeep I was seated even in unfavorable position.
Thanks for the Appreciation
