Avviene durante la cerimonia del salto del toro: le donne, per dimostrare il loro attaccamento alla famiglia e per propiziare la riuscita del salto che segna il passaggio del ragazzo all' età adulta, si fanno frustare e le conseguenti cicatrici che segnano la schiena e le braccia sono un loro vanto.
Il tutto avviene in un atmosfera di festa ed anche se è difficle da spiegare non sembra un atto di violenza....

Per informazione devo aggiungere che quelle piume ricurve vengono indossate dai frustatori solo nel giorno in cui c'è la cerimonia. Quelli che tiene in mano sono i rami utlizzati come fruste e ogni frustino viene usato con una sola ragazza e poi buttato.

Memy, che te devo dì?? Stupenda anche questa. Col biancone poi stai superando ogni limite....Tecnica fotografica a parte (la tua è perfetta) ti vedrei bene con un 5D (III-II-OLD) insomma con un FF per esaltare ancora meglio le tue immagini...

Mi sa molto da artefatto e poco naturale.. Sembra che ci sia un elevato recupero di luci e schiarita di ombre.
