E' un soggetto molto schivo che non ho ancora avuto modo e tempo di osservare come merita.
Per il momento le uniche occasioni in cui ho avuto modo di osservarlo da vicino sono state fortuite.
Durante la notte nelle strade sterrate mi capita ogni tanto di trovarli posati nel mezzo della carreggiata.
In queste occasioni è facile avvicinarsi anche fino a 3m da loro. Per eseguire questo scatto mi sono coricato in terra, li mi sono accorto della moltitudine di insetti che ci si trovavano (mi hanno assalito in 2-3 min  ). Ho pensato fosse li per cacciare anche se per quel che o letto dovrebbe cacciare prevalentemente in volo. |
