La storia di questa foto, cosi come di tutte quelle fatte a Kinderdijk in notturna, è un pò particolare. La mattina mi alzo e ad accogliermi trovo il classico tempo olandese: nebbia-nuvole. A mezzogiorno il cielo era molto terso e siccome avevo in mente questa foto da un pò, controllo il meteo. Non una nuvola prevista per la serata (cosa incredibile per l'olanda). Parlo con il mio amico Pavel e decidiamo di andare (contando che per andare e tornare ho fatto 320 km anche se abito a 40 km dai mulini). Il seeing è quello che si può ottenere dalla periferia di rotterdam e da una delle aree più urbanizzate del pianeta. Per questa foto il cavalletto era totalmente immerso nell'acqua del canale e usciva solo la testa con la fotocamera.
