grazie mille per il bel commento Rana  lo spero proprio, abbiamo fatto tutti il tifo come matti perchè ce la facessero! l'uovo è stato sicuramente deposto perchè i miei amici ornitologi hanno monitorato comportamenti tipici di questa situazione. solo che poi, da un giorno all'altro (molto probabilmente di notte) è successo qualcosa e hanno abbandonato il nido. non siamo riusciti a capire se è stato depredato da qualche altra specie, se è accidentalmente caduto in seguito ad una giornata di maltempo particolarmente violenta o cos'altro

avendo seguito l'insediamento e il tentativo di nidificazione, volevo fornire qualche altra info.
Il sito è frequentato da un nucleo più consistente, in linea con la biologia della specie, come massimo si sono osservati 11 individui in contemporanea, al 99% è nato un piccolo probabilmente morto o predato dai Corvi imperiali.
Speriamo che i genitori forti dell'esperienza riescano a riprodursi in questo o nei prossimi anni, visto che continuano a frequentare il sito

having followed the settlement and the nesting attempt, I wanted to provide some more info.
The site is frequented by a large nucleus, in line with the biology of the species, a maximum 11 individuals were observed at the same time, 99% were born a little probably dead or looted by Imperial Ravens.
We hope that the parents are able to reproduce strong experience in this or in the next few years as they continue to attend the site

Bellissimo racconto... e anche quello che sei riuscito a ottenere da questa foto! Non sapevo che nella nostra regione hanno provato a nidificare i grifoni!
