ho usato una Canon 5D Mark II, Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM, 1/400s, f 1.4, iso 250.
Ho scattato a mano libera, il che non è proprio facilissimo, ma se si fa un pò di attenzione si riesce a minimizzare l'errore di parallasse fra una foto e l'altra. Infine ho usato Autopano Giga per unirle: sbaglia meno di CS5 nel combinare le foto fuori fuoco :-)

I used a Canon 5D Mark II, Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM, 1/400s, f 1.4, ISO 250.
I shot freehand, which is not exactly easy, but if you do a little care you can minimize the parallax error between a photo and the other. Finally I used Autopano Giga to join them: less than CS5 wrong to combine photos out of focus :-)

Grazie Felicita delle dettagliate spiegazioni, proverò con Autopano Giga, visto che Microsoft ICE non è molto affidabile! Guardandola mi sembrano 6 scatti orizzontali, sbaglio?

@Gabry72, certo... in pratica devi usare un obiettivo con bassissima profondità di campo, come un 85mm f1.8 (io come vedi ho usato un 50mm f1.4) a tutta apertura. Metti a fuoco sul soggetto principale (quello che vuoi sia messo a fuoco) e poi blocchi la messa a fuoco (cioè selezioni quella manuale). A questo punto scatti attorno al tuo soggetto foto che si accavallano per circa il 30% fino a coprire l'area di interesse. A questo punto usi un software di generazione di foto panoramiche e generi il panorama. Alla fine avrai l'effetto equivalente ad un grandangolo con profondità di campo bassissima. In teoria è facile... nella pratica un pò più difficile. Un paio di punti a cui fare attenzione: non usare il bilanciamento del bianco automatico e stai attento a non toccare accidentalmente la messa a fuoco dell'obbiettivo .

@ Gabry72, of course ... in practice you have to use a lens with very low depth of field, such as a 85mm f1.8 (as you can see I've used a 50mm f1.4) wide open. You focus on the main subject (what you want is in focus) and then locks the focus (ie select the manual). At this point shots around your subject photos that overlap for about 30% to cover the area of ??interest. At this point you are using a software generation of panoramic photos and create the view. At the end you will have the equivalent effect to a wide depth of field is very low. In theory it is easy ... in practice a little more difficult. A couple of points to watch out for: Do not use the automatic white balance and careful not to accidentally touch the focusing lens :-).
