1500 mt di dislivello non sono pochi (almeno per me..), bisogna dire però che si è ripagati da uno spettacolo notevole ben prima di raggiungere il rifugio. La Giannetti rimane nascosta quasi sempre da un dosso e riprenderla non è facile soprattutto con il Badile ed il Cengalo che la sovrastano. Il circo del Porcellizzo è un bel posto per ottenere scatti particolari di alta montagna. Veramente consigliato.
