Thanks Ezio, in fact I think the singularity of this photo is in the unusual point of view, from the top, which has determined this perspective.
A greeting, Claudio

Thanks Claudio, as evidenced by the clock of the square, the photo was taken at about 13.35 hours, then with sun almost to peak, but in an overall favorable position, so as to illuminate the façade of the church, the bell tower and the double order of arches on Left, beyond the square and the fountain, without too many shadows, favouring the reading in the smallest detail.
I just had to wait patiently for the right moment to shoot avoiding the go of tourists, pilgrims, crocerossine etc.
Much I think is still due to the PDR, the photo was taken from the top of the second order of arches, allowing me to Avoid even unsightly drooping lines.
The colors, especially of the sky, were slightly emphasized in post-production.
A greeting, Claudio :-P

A great sharpness and as explained the light even if in an hour little friend has allowed you to avoid shadows, good you to seize this beautiful shot from a point perfectly clear

There are places of the soul that for me have counted so much in my life... one is this... and you reminded me that I have to (re) take the car soon and (re) go back...
Thanks, Claudio, a dip in the heart...

Your photo is correct and suggestive and has an excellent pdr, but I honestly do not understand two things: 1) The use of such a wide-angle focal when the fourth leftmost of the photo is compositively superfluous; 2) The exaggeration of the colour of the sky that looks like a polarized sky, when it is a cloudy sky. PS I had the 18-35 D and I resolute it after two months for the focal and yield

Claudio.
