Thank you for your comments, always appreciated.

@ Integra: this is one of my first night shots with a not quite optimal 17-40 f / 4, and I realized that the post is pretty darn complicated, because of the noise must be reduced step by step a bit 'at a time ! I'm quite satisfied with the result, rather than getting a sky plasticky, I prefer to stop before accepting a certain graininess. Then I realize that the compression of photos for the web has created additional artifacts, such as those circles that you appoint. I believe, however, that in the night shots is more important the research of a good subject and a good composition, rather than a perfect technique of a file that already partly with 1000 problems (noise, limited depth of field, etc..): The result in complex can be excitingeven at the expense of a perfect "cleaning".
As to the color of the sky, has been said and written so much on these forums for me in the middle of the night sky (in the upper part, where it comes light pollution) is black, because that's how they see my eyes .. . At other times may have color casts, but the sensor amplifies this because other than the human eye and because of the long exposure ... Issues of personal vision of photography. In this particular scene I am convinced the black sky because it "might" look at the bottom, where light pollution is to bring out the famous cypresses ... Thanks for your visit and comment. :-P
