Sono stato in Islanda due volte, la prima d'estate, quando ho avuto la fortuna di vedere la terra esplodere di colori e vivere giornate di 23 ore, la seconda d'inverno, quando il paesaggio è coperto di neve e a tingersi di colori è il cielo. L'Aurora è sempre stato un fenomeno atmosferico che sentivo distante, vivendo in Italia non avrei mai immaginato di vederla ne tantomeno agognavo il momento in cui sarebbe accaduto, e forse anche per convincermi del contrario, il giorno prima della partenza il cielo si è tinto di una luce lattiginosa e verdastra. Morale della favola, non vedo l'ora di tornare a vederla nella speranza che questa volta non mi faccia un brutto scherzo per punirmi di non averla desiderata prima :D La foto è il risultato di una fusione di tre scatti dell'aurora, per ottenere qualche striscia di colore in più, e uno per il primo piano.
