20 sec f/4.0, ISO 200,

Telescopio skywatcher widephoto 250mm F4 fuoco diretto.

Thanks Stephen, I'm happy with the result because this is my first shot at this nebula.

Hello Andrea, m42 is very easy to catch but at the same time very difficult to develop so I like the photo, but the black spot in the heart of the nebula is due to improper processing!

Well and 'a really good m42! because you say that the remote is not 'collimated?

It 'beautiful.

Although it lacks depth stellar, from profane say if you added some shots from 1 minute to 800 iso? Whereas you had the good EQ6 I think it was feasible. What program did you use? I know that some people need an offset in order to determine how to act on noise ...

Question from profane ... the same picture was not feasible with an ordinary lens EF, because the telescope is "only" 250mm?

Very nice anyway!

250 mm. is the diameter of the instrument, the telescope in question is 1 meter focal ;-)

good first exit Andrea, I'm starting these days after I finally came all the equipment :-) from what I understand (I try to look at putting into practice what I'm learning slowly) the sky background is a bit too dark and it seems to me that the maf is not quite perfect. you used the live view to focus?

Mo 'is clear! A Canon EF 1200mm F5.6 was going to cost a little 'more expensive ... :-D

Beautiful, congratulations.
I also do astrophotography ... Find me, find on my page.
A great encouragement, go ahead and do not give up at nothing, you just started and the best is yet to come ... in a year will do the same photo, and you'll be to see the difference!

yes, maybe we did do some pose longer unguided. A 20 s do not see much moved, if it is stationed right in a minute you get there, or at least 30-40 s.
Do not be afraid to raise the ISO, I have recently discovered that the 500D can also be used with the 1600, with the 7D go quiet. The noise is then possible way with the dark and with the union of the poses.

Maur.ju is right: the best is yet to come and in a year stenterai to recognize your photos today!

hello

Cabbages have come in tastissimi :-)
Let's start with thanks.
Thanks Beppe Reda, I hope to improve.
Thanks Skender, you're right I'm not very dimistichezza with the programs, I tried
to recover the core with a shot underexposed. I have to make a more accurate processing.
Thanks Movod, because the stars do not seem to pinpoint.
Thanks Gianluca
Thanks Jhonjz
Thanks Julia, I used Iris, used only a few basic commands, I'm no expert. Unfortunately, I tried to raise the ISO and exposure time but the sky
not allow me to do that I came across the photo red.
Thanks Diarimarcopolo, the response of Dexter has solved your mystery!
I forgot to bring this to you between focal andtto deceptive.
Thanks Dexter, you have to start with the dark if you want to improve your photos.
Thanks Mau.ju I am sure in your gallery, and definitely going to ask for advice.
Thanks Maia
Thank you Astro_Kiara I write an email and I'll send you the whole.
Thanks Jarmilla, cabbage're the first to greet me!
Again a big thank you to everyone.
hello

Look what I've discovered a great way to highlight and shade the harness m42, I just a pose for 30 seconds that I've done everything! I remember two years ago when I developed my m42 it took me 2 days processing and hard work!
