Dovevi mascherare di più il filtro fluidifica, magari usando un timbro clone, poi prima di usare il filtro avrei cancellato le avrei con la penna e riempiendole successivamente di acqua che è più facile

Coma idea mi piace molto... Comunque per riassumere: duplichi il livello ( in basso a destra) con lo strumento penna delimiti la forma del volto, chiudi la linea, tasto sinistro crea selezione, modifica taglia... Poi agendo sul livello di partenza strumento clone e fluidifica per portare. L' acqua sotto il viso che rimane inslterato
