Oggi vi voglio raccontare una storia… Tutto iniziò qualche settimana fa quando vidi sui miei fiori di Antirrhinum majus o più comunemente Bocca di leone, dei bruchi molto carini grigio-bianchi con striature gialle e nere, erroneamente però li confusi con dei bruchi di Pieris, in effetti assomigliano ma...insomma decisi di allevarne un paio, quindi li prelevai con la loro pianta nutrice e li misi nella brucobox, i primi giorni mangiarono tantissimo poi tutto ad un tratto non li vidi più, cercai ovunque dentro il contenitore, sopra, sotto, sui bastoncini insomma spariti! Rassegnata pensai fossero scappati da qualche fessura però...sono come San Tommaso e volli fare una ricerca su questi bruchi, scoprii che non erano di Pieris ma bensì di Calophasia platyptera, un lepidottero della famiglia Noctuidae, quindi di Falena! Girando per il web poi scoprii addirittura che si interrano per fare la Pupa, pensate il dispiacere per non avergli messo un contenitore con del terriccio, ma non è finita, abbiate un po' di pazienza perché arriva il bello :D Dopo qualche giorno sul forum di Natura Mediterraneo, scopro un topic che parla di questi bruchi e vedo che un utente posta gli stessi esemplari e sentite un po'...gli avevano fatto una specie di Crisalide con un tappo di sughero che aveva nel contenitore dove li teneva! Corro subito a vedere dentro la brucobox perché uno dei bastoncini che avevo messo mi pareva avesse una protuberanza che non c'era prima! Lo tocco delicatamente e sento che è molle, cavoli!...penso, non sarà mica qui sotto! Voi che dite… :D ebbene si, era proprio dentro quella specie di involucro fatto con il legno, mimetismo perfetto, tanto che ancora adesso non vedo da dove è uscita, anzi penso ce ne sia un' altra dentro, nella quarta foto si può vedere il bozzolo accanto a lei, purtroppo me ne sono accorta che era già nata, stava asciugando le ali, ho fatto qualche scatto da tutte le angolazioni che potevo a scopo documentaristico, peccano di nitidezza, era già tardi e la luce poca, l'ho lasciata sul suo bastoncino e verso le 22 sono uscita per vederla ma lei se n'era già involata nella notte <3 ^_^
