I did several tests for that photo, I must say that at 30 seconds was a bit ' overexposed to my taste, yes I could recover the high lights in PP, but I chose this because I had already quite satisfied the result in the room. I still went through Photoshop and improved something...
I also did a photo to 50mm but I had not satisfied, maybe I try then to redo it following your advice on the recovery plan ?
