This tree used to be huge, the mass of rotting branches littered around the base is proof of this.......I wonder what happened to this tree?, a lightning strike?, or maybe just high winds during a storm?. Either way it didn't give up the ghost and is still very much alive (although it looks dead here because the shot was taken in winter) To me, this tree has character! and a story to tell. This is a combination of 154 seperate 30 second exposures, blended together using the free "StarStaX" software. Thanks for looking, cheers :-)
